Have had problems with it in the past, but I contacted the developer, and he was brilliant, more than happy to help me with the issue I had. After a few minutes the app was fixed and now works great. It's quick to load and works offline aswell which is really handy when you don't have signal. Great app would recommend it.

I'm a carer and our company has changed to this app. If been using this for a few months now. We used people planner for a while before this, and I must say PP was a hell of a lot better.

Absolutely the worst App!! Not reliable at all. Crashes from over use. Can't get back into App for updating client care tasks etc., Very frustrating when you are providing 24 hour live-in-care, as need to do updates almost every hour, especially with Dementia / Parkinson Cases Not user-friendly for mobile phones. Time for the Developer to think again and restructure the entire App and make it available on Laptop / PC /Tablet etc. as typing lengthy reports with 2 thumbs on keyboard is ridiculous. I no longer use this app and report by handwriting which is then scanned and sent in daily.
