add another authorized user via e-mail, I was admin, I had older app (carener smart) on my phone which did not offer authorisation function. my partner had carener2 which did. I then changed my partner to admin, but this gave the error not able to bind. So I installed carener2 on my phone, unbound my partner and reset myself as admin. I was then allowed to authorise my partner. I think only the VERY FIRST admin can authorise a user. hope this helps

been using app and alarm system for 6 months, no issues. both are great and working well. can you add a feature to change notification sound when the alarm goes off? if i am in a meeting, i dont want everyone to be disturbed but i still want to be notified by short sound eg a beep.

Sucks bad. Doesn't work. Keeps saying "off line". Instructions are not clear. Messages kept saying "fail". Tried resetting and reinitialized, but could never connect the unit to home Wi-Fi. Support? I don't Skype, I don't use Whatsapp. What about email? Update info or I'll simply have to return this order. Update: The app came on line and the system worked, but after the latest update, we cannot program an exit delay. It shows everything but just does not work. FIX PLEASE! OR CANT USE IT !

This app has not been able to connect to the network and login . It has basically crippled the remote feature of the alarm .

I am receiving notifications but the app is constantly offline. Panel is connected to wifi and does not seem to have any problem. Since the app is not working, cant turn on or off the alarm. Very inconvenient.
