I've had this camera for a few months now, and so far so good. I didn't have a single problem connecting the camera with my phone and Wi-Fi. It's actually very simple. I have actually stopped to thieves from stealing things out my yard just by using the talk back that the camera provides. Sooooo easy... I would defiantly recommend this camera. Thanks

Works but has problems remembering and reconnecting occasionally. A photo copy on hand of the QR generated that access your Wi-Fi network access WOULD PROBABLY BE A GOOD IDEA TO HAVE. Lol I'm going to try to make a small print and leave it near the cameras view, so I won't have to keep holding up my phone screen in the air

Tried configuring the lock myself using my Android phone running Talk back screen reader with the NGTeco App. This App is not real useful to a blind person. The App basically give a lot of variable name, and you have to try to guess what they are for. First of all, you have to press the reset button in the battery compartment to put the lock in detection mode. Then find the correct option in the App. Couldn’t do that being nothing but variable name wir being read. Things like Toolbar_navigation Page_smart Page_smart_add Catalog_mode1_list and that repeated 6 times. Catalog_mode2_list I’m guessing each one of those are for a different product that they have. This App if full of stuff like that and make it for the most part unusable to a totally blind person. Then like trying to enter a name! I can’t just double tap when Talk back is running to bring up the EDIT field. Doesn’t work. Can’t unlock the door using the App being the double tap doesn’t work. To select that option if I’m even tapping the correct thing. Getting a fingerprint to be seen by the lock looks to be hit or miss as far as getting the lock to see I have my finger on the sensor when trying to set it up. Looks like you need to touch the same finger 3 times to get it setup. Other locks allow more touches so that they work better. Didn’t have good luck at getting it setup. Did manage to get a fingerprint setup in the lock. This was with sighted help with this being I couldn’t do it on my own. The same goes for setting a password, setting up a temp code as well. The sighted person also had trouble with the App being it wasn’t real clear on what to do. The fingerprint reader looks to be problematic being only about 40% of the time it works. Most of the time it doesn’t for me, and I have to type in my password on the lock. Got the lock setup and connected to the bridge with sighted help. Tried bringing the lock online to Alexa! Again the NGTeco Home skil isn’t blind friendly! A totally blind person cannot do it using a computer or cell phone. You can type in your user ID, password and then select the button to continue. At that point a blind person is stuck. The reason why is the skill want you to slide to complete some type of online puzzle. To me, that is dumb. After all, you’ve typed in your username and password. That step isn’t needed for the puzzle.

It works when it WANTS! I HAVE TO CLEAR THE CACHE like 5 times a day, and then it will just load and load and will never pull up the camera, but I can view it on alexa just fine. Super aggravating.

Camera constantly says establishing encrypted connection and doesn't show picture, called support, and they weren't able to identify any issue or provide a solution.
