Sometimes when saw in report there is missing out, eg 2 times punch in, hope there are fixed from developer or maybe the problem comes from firmware that needed to be updated. Is there a chance this device can be logged in different network?

Just got the app to go with my K-4 time clock. I am tech-savvy- Setup was straight forward. After I was able to connect it to my Wi-Fi things went really fast because I could then input employee names and pertinent information using my phone instead of the keypad on the time clock. After I got the app up and running I used Microsoft's phone to be able then to control the app from my Windows computer. Now I'm cooking with gas. I'm able to edit most things from the windows interface.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely horrible to deal with. Setup is a nightmare, doesn't connect to your phone most times when you attempt to and 0 customer service. Worst part of all? You HAVE to have the app, no desktop app to attempt to make it better, meaning you HAVE To go through the headache to attempt to get payroll. It's a monster. Spend your money on a better machine and save yourself the hassle, it's worth it.

Bugs, can't edit punch, can't share report, bottom bar(all app-back to home-back) stays on top of confirm and cancel. So cannot confirm or cancel

UPDATE YOUR APP already set and followed all necessary instructions and still I can't communicate to my NGTeco K4, my phone and the NGteco device are both connected on the same Wi-Fi, but it can't log me IN.... is this app really intended for your products??? I want to easy access to retrieve data from my department Offices but this app can't even do as intended. It's a waste of downloaded data and phone storage. Fix this issue... also let this app communicate on all network type.
