Great company! Easy to use app! I am an RN who needs shifts periodically and Carrel is the best way to get nursing shifts. My paycheck is always correct and on-time. The staff at Carrel are responsive and proactive.

App stopped working. Carrel and I made decent money together when I worked in Orlando. Then, when I temporarily moved to Modesto, CA, the app stopped working completely. Couldn't upload or see my credentials, and I never got a single notice for jobs in the area. I sent them multiple emails because I wanted to continue to work and make us both money, and they never fixed the problem. Eventually, they didn't even bother replying to my emails. Really disappointed in their lack of professionalism.

Now that the company has been purchased it's not worth it anymore. Pay has dropped substantially policies have changed the total work hours per week to 40 hours. I am looking for a new agency now and you should too. Care rev was purchased by Aya. I don't know why you are commenting saying that care rev wasn't purchased. Rates have dropped since the purchase, and we are now becoming w2 employees. This has happened since the purchase of care rev by aya.

I applied on 9th January 2023 and up until now no progress. Been trying to schedule an interview since then up until now all to no avail. I even emailed them, and it took them exactly 2 weeks for them to respond to me which they did today, even with the response they just told me to keep checking that dates come up every day. Are you kidding me, I have been on this since January. I won't recommend them to anyone, as a matter of fact I'm deleting the app off my phone.
