CareRooster

CareRooster connects home care agencies with the caregivers who staff their clients. Agencies fill open shifts fast, and caregivers keep their whole week in one place.

FOR AGENCIES

Fill open shifts
• Post a shift and your own caregivers are notified straight away
• See who applied and pick someone in a tap
• When a caregiver says they can't make it, see their reason and post the shift as a job

Build the week
• Build and publish the weekly schedule
• Import a schedule or caregiver list from a photo, or paste it from a spreadsheet
• See how many of the week's client hours are covered, and what's still to schedule

Your caregivers
• Add your caregivers by phone number. Anyone already on CareRooster is connected at once; everyone else gets a text inviting them to join
• Message all your caregivers, or a group of them, at once
• Add administrators by their work email

See how it's going
• Reports on the hours CareRooster filled and what caregivers said

FOR CAREGIVERS

Your week in one place
• See your shifts from every agency you work with, together
• Add your own shifts, and change them until they're over
• A map of each day shows where you're going and how far apart your clients are

Pick up more work
• Get notified when your agencies post open shifts, and apply in a tap
• Find agencies near you
• Let your agency know when you can't make a shift
• Invite an agency you work for by text

Stay on track
• A daily reminder at the time you choose, listing the shifts you have booked

CareRooster is for scheduling and staffing. It does not store client medical records.
