Description
SMARTcare's role-based point-of care application allows caregivers to clock in and clock out of shifts, access their schedule, request time off, request to work specific times or shifts, manage their workflow, complete assigned care tasks, indicating service level upon completion, record care notes, file mileage and expense reimbursement requests, download important documents and store them safely within the app, and communicate in a HIPAA-compliant environment with agency office staff. Schedulers use the application to approve or deny time-off requests and shift-fulfillment requests, match clients and caregivers, set up and manage shifts, communicate securely with other staff and clients, and much more.
Recent changes: - Resolves an issue where app controls may overlap with the system clock and other UI elements on some devices. - Adds support for 16 KB page sizes on newer versions of Android.

This by far is the best app I have used for direct care. It allows you to view your schedule, client information to a point (HIPAA).

Must-use for work. Easy to use tho slow sometimes. All tasks must be completed, or it won't let you clock out. Note-once you get client's signature you can't write care note so be aware of that. Works well with any phone.

This is by far the best care app I've ever seen! Very well-designed, Very well-thought-out. You don't have to put your password in every single time you clock in/out. You don't have to change your password every 6 weeks. I've seen some horrible designs, but I think that says more about the company. That would hire these software designers. I guess they wanted the app done at a discount rate.

Geolocation is terrible logging in to this app on my Samsung Android. Usually have to try several times with my 4g connection to clock in to work. Super frustrating....please FIX THIS!!!

The app was working fine when I first started using it for work. Now I can't even sign in. It keeps telling my password is invalid!

I would give 0 stars. Not ADA compliant. This is terrible at letting me see when I worked doesn't let me schedule clock in or out days n times. Seriously not ADA compliant with the signature box. Disabled people have VERY hard time signing the client box. Please fix ASAP!!!!!!

I'm updating my review from March this year, it's been 7 whole months, nothing has changed much, if it's not one glitch it's another, I'm giving service to x2 clients at this time, I've changed phones, I've changed phone service providers, changed my internet service, STILL can't get this app to work, it has not let me in to clock in or out, day or night! I've had to resort to handing in written forms for my hours! Something gotta give! Please make it WORK! It's swirling on this page right no
