They stole €15,- from me. Without a credit card, the app can't be used. They should not allow you to top-up in the app without a credit card then.

Zero bakfiets in Amsterdam, but I had to install the app and go through the whole sign up to find that out.

404 error directly after sign up. Help button redirects to WhatsApp instead of a help center with help articles. Can't see bike specifications in the app as far as I can tell. I want to check if a bike is large enough for my cargo without having to walk up to it.
