I like the app but the only thing I did not like was that I did not get award points added into my account when I paid online. Why do I need to go to the restaurant place my order and scan and that's the only way I could get my reward points. I don't think it's fair

Longview, wa, location always has the BEST Customer service! Their crew is always trying to be on top of everything! :) thank you. The only thing I ask is if corporate could bring in 2 more employees on shift to keep up with the lobby duties. This location always gets busy quickly. So they could another hand with maintaining lobby.

Dear developer, after finally getting the app to work, I had to contact corporate to delete the account because the email associated got hacked and deleted. The corporate guys said the account and personal info was deleted but I cannot create a new account with my phone number because your system says I still have an account associated with my phone number... please delete this account or tell the doods at corporate to complete delete the account. -1-star review 😡

It won't let me sign in. When using Google sign in I accidentally selected the wrong account instead of the on associated with my number and Carl's jr account. Now it keeps forcing me to sign in with the wrong account and keeps giving me an error message that tells me my number is associated with another account. I tried clearing the app's cache, reinstalling, even going into incognito mode on my Chrome browser to sign in. It keeps taking me on a loop and won't let me switch google accounts.

As of today I am not able to log in or order on the app when I am trying to pay, goes through the verification process and telling me I need to jump through hoops and ladders (go through run diagnostic) just to order food. Forget it not worth my time. 8/3/26- send email. But still having cloud flare troubleshoot issues. can't sign on

There are several issues with this app: 1) you can't use rewards to purchase any food item you want, you have to select from a very limited set of options. That's dumb. 2) there's no obvious way (or maybe no way at all?) to clear/reset the current order. I've been going round and round in the app with it telling me I can't add another promo, but I can't clear what I have. Let me do an order reset.
