They have really updated the app, and it's more user-friendly, and I'm able to customize the burgers which I cannot do on any other app. I really love that option, and I love that I can use my points for free burgers. They always have a good happy hour deal, and I hope to keep seeing more deals and rewards in the app.

App is fraudulent. It wouldn't give me extra item with the purchase as promised. People in store had no idea how App functions. Moreover, it forces you to buy cambo. As a diabetic I need no carbohydrates. Burger must be wrapped in lettuce. I don't need combo. Frys and soda have carbs, which converted to sugar. App not well-designed. Based on that Carl's jr lost me as a customer.

Every SINGLE time I have tried to use the app, there's a problem. Not ONCE have I ever received a freebie (free item when buying another item) every coupon in the app I have never been able to use. The location cities are wrong, so sometimes I don't even get my food I paid for because I don't have a car to drive miles away to where they sent the order. When you try to report stuff in the app/click on "contact us", it takes you to a bunch of code, not a new page. So I have to report it to my bank
