Not responsive at all. Falls advertisement. The is no free burger on the app after u download. The coupons do not show up in the rewards. Not user-friendly. And the app can't scant receipt. Very unsatisfied

Deals not being applied to order. Not wasting time redeeming at the restaurant. What's the point of the app if I can't order what I want through it, or use the deals specific to the app? What if I needed delivery? These deals would be impossible to redeem if they're only redeemable in restaurant.

Update - their contact us is fake / black hole. AI bot positive reviews. Wow, after THREE YEARS they still cannot fix their login and pw reset issues. But hey at least now you get the reset email, so I guess that is progress! It says account updated when you enter the new password! But, when logging in with said new pw you still get error "email and pw don't match". Taking business to competitors, whose app and deals actually work, which is literally everyone else! Pretty sad, get actual devs!
