6/28 this is still my favorite Harder's. 4/2025 I really like online ordering. It's easy and convenient, and you can add condiments to your order. My order is always hot and fresh. The staff are great at the tidewater drive location.

I stopped at Harder’s for a quick bite and accidentally had a spiritual experience. The biscuits were so good I briefly considered writing them into my will. The staff was friendly, the food was hot, and my burger looked like the picture instead of a crime scene. If loving Harder’s is wrong, I don’t want to be right. 10/10—would happily clog an artery here again.

Just updated and all my star rewards disappeared, and it says I now have 0. Can't find a way to remove last update and now the app is running super slow. I also can't find A tab to contact customer service

So I was looking at an item in the app. Since I had already used to promo I couldn't get it again. No problem, I will get something else. Before I had a chance to look at anything else, and I did not touch the screen, it said thank you for your order. I didn't order anything and the only way to cancel the order is to call the store Like they ever answer. So now I get to go there and get something I don't like because the screen is too sensitive, and apparently I bumped something on my phone.

App is either not working or running so slow I have given up on ordering anything. Clicked on combo, selected sandwich, selected drink. Click add to order, and it just spins like it's trying but nothing happens. Tried with multiple items, multiple times. Did get the chicken tenders to work if I didn't get sauce. 🙄
