I absolutely LOVE and APPRECIATE my local Harder's crew members here in Ocoee, TN! The morning manager, Amber, is truly amazing, as a leader and as an awesome person in general. Harder's is always super busy in the mornings and there's a ton of different customers coming through, but Amber ALWAYS makes sure to make my online order the way I love, WITHOUT me having to call and ask for it to be done. That's one of the things that keep me looking forward to getting breakfast from there. Thanks you all,

This app is awful. Why can't I just look at the menu for my nearby store without 1) being signed into it and 2) the place being open? Also, in the past the menu on the app has not reflected limited time menu items. Why does the members' thing need my phone number? Why isn't my email or social media not enough?

cheeseburger no flavor and onion tasted spoiled. A piece size of quarter 1 pickle. Pepsi didn't have flavor too much 3/4 of cup ice.

Trash will tell you your own address before the address you are actually ordering the food from even though the app is aware how incredible far away you are

We stopped at Paxton, il the bacon and egg biscuit... the egg was so thin you could see thur it wasn't what the folded egg on picture at ALL

I do not recommend getting this app at all I used it and waited 10in past 8 cars in the drive through. They give the drive through all the attention and mine was on the back burner behind al them and the 2 people that came in after me. I won't use it again

The app prompts me to complete my profile by entering my telephone number but when I do I get an error message saying "account update failed-use of offensive words is not allowed"

Straight up glitchy & buggy ... can't resolve the location even though I've got it turned on... it cannot find the location that's been there for quite a long time, and I'm standing right next to it... says the nearest one is 212 mi away when I know there's another one about 16 mi away from my house...... live alone on the road here in Michigan. The couple of times it's actually found the location. You can't use it because it says that feature is unavailable at" this" location 7 of 10 times ugh
