They closed our Benton IL restaurant. We lost our best breakfast and cheapest breakfast in town.

Terrible app poor selection all the deals that the restaurant has been not in the app doesn't save your information and I've had to literally call my credit card company up and dispute a charge because I was charged twice for the same food I read all of Harder's responses on here, and it seems that they are better testing it using the public. 9/9/2026 Harder's on 12th street refused to scan app for points and also refused to give me a receipt, the employee was very rude.

The prime rob burger sows in rewards bet when you order it. It is never available. The scanner at the restaurant does not work to give me my points and when I try to scan the receipt my permissions In the app are set for camera but yet it won't scan for my points and there is no bar code on the receipt the enter manually to get points....worst app ever...and the woman at the drive through was very rude.
