I love the Harder's App. I save money and receive my food quickly. My breakfast biscuits were hot and fresh. Also, I had exceptionally great friendly service, in the drive through. Hardens is my favorite.

Tried to use app after getting my new debit card, since the old one expired. Not only would it not let me update my card or add a different card. Which can only be done at checkout by the way. The app kept trying to verify it's me multiple times. Then it wouldn't let me use Google Pay as an alternative either. If not fixed soon, looks like I'll be saying goodbye to Harder's for good. Only reason I kept coming back was the pre-order accessibility of the app, so I didn't have to wait forever.

My wife and I find it hard to use your app with the constant authentication and verification (multiple times per order) and even logging us out if we take too long to order. If you took as much care in your food that you have with this app nobody would eat there. Please streamline your app to not verify every 3 screens, that's obsessive. If you don't want us to use your app just remove it and not make it unusable.
