★★☆☆☆ Before it was good. Customer service the wrost no one replies or they don't help at all. Food always late without any action. Even if the food is bad, and you complain nothing happens. Worst experience

★★☆☆☆ I would give you zero star if I could, never shows the correct timing for delivery, most of the time more than an hour late delivery, I found out talabat is running the app, I deleted talabat long time ago because of the same reason, now will delete this app too. Just be honest with delivery time and give the customer the choice to order or not, don't provide wrong timing in purpose just to get the customer to order.

★★☆☆☆ Worse customer service and the app is very buggy. I got a refund as credits in carriage wallet, but it still says 0.000 and support is not helpful at all.
