This is getting ridiculous every time there's an update I have issues the latest update constantly tells me it's temporary unavailable I guess going back to checking at the Bank or ATM but my balance is

This app sucks!!! It is not user-friendly, and it won't let me just pay my bill. They should have just left the old app alone. It doesn't even deserve one star.

1 month, four trips to the bank and several phone calls still could not fix the mobile banking issue. I am closing my accounts at Carrollton because nobody seems to care enough to make this thing work well.

The app prior to update was way more user-friendly. This one you have to poke around to find things. No explanation or clear answer if balance is before or after pending transactions. But the worst part is how it just randomly clears out your username & you have to sign up again as if newly enrolling. Even if you have tge "save user ID" checked. New & improved is not always the best.

So far, the technology upgrade has been everything but. Very few features in the app seem to be available and there is a lot less functionality than there was previously. Such as, no instant balances without logging in, no balance / transfer alerts, no ability to set travel plans, and using 3rd party budgeting apps like Mint no longer works.
