Well I see, and I hear all you guys as problems I've had in myself so my suggestion is I'm going to make a new app that's better free and called cars arrive to I will let you all know when it's done I guarantee it won't have any of these problems

Ok. I had problems with it not working suddenly also. I called and talk to the guy at cars arrive who handles app issues. If you call, DON'T leave a message. The voice mails don't get to him. He was great. Fixed my issue in less than five minutes.

Not user-friendly. The damage inspection part is very time-consuming especially when the truck is parked blocking traffic. Hopefully the app will get more user-friendly.

Poor app, needs a complete update. You guys want us to update and complete work with the app but pictures keep crashing and multiple times it closes out, and I have to redo the inspection report Invest some of your money that your low balling carriers on to the app If you want us to at least do the work And if you do update it,. When there are multiple cars being picked up and delivered to and from the same location. Let's try to simplify it and get one signature and not 9 for every car
