The app is easy to learn however it freezes glitchy and takes forever to load while doing an inspection something that should take 5 mins tops turns into a 30-minute process because you can't proceed to the next step without completing it also the vin reader never works I always just manually input it it's faster and easier

App won't load half the time. Always log out and restart phone for it to show my loads. I'm on Verizon with full service in indy and still waiting for it to load up
