You have to apply to the service on the TMB app, and then it downloads this app. Then you have to wait a few days for the app to finally install and then your TMB app will allow you to purchase tickets. It is VERY abnormal, but be patient and it will work. As stated, it does take a few days. If you need a transport card ASAP, just buy a card at the metro and don't wait for this app.

Please help. It says "error in the e-wallet" on my tmb app when I try to open my virtual t-mobilitat card in the tmb app. How to fix this?

Was fine but then somebody messed up the whole app mot even tmb people recommend using it, bye bye and welcome carton card again

Suppose to link to the TMB app but doesn't do anything and just fails. Was only trying to use it on a holiday in Barcelona so have uninstalled it. Easier just to buy the T-mobilitat cards at a metro station instead (cheaper too by 50cent).

This is how my taxes are wasted. This app actually is useless, I was redirected from TMB app (why not put all the functionalities there?!!) and it directly tells you to download three more apps (what?!) depending on the transport you want to use. But the travel passes are the same. Also, you can't have the physical card and the virtual (app), you have to pay double for it (what?!). So this gives all the development for this project totally useless. I feel bad for the developers here.
