Great app and ticket! Thank you! The registration, ticket purchase, and navigation work smoothly without any issues. The route planning is accurate and reliable Ticket itself is a good value-for-money option: 16.83 EUR (including a 10% discount) for a 48-hour pass (begin 2026). Unlimited transport, including round-trip travel to/from the airport by metro and use of the funiculars. Easy pickup (at airport subway station). Overall, a great concept and a solid implementation.

We bought the Hola Barcelona 3 day pass online, very easy to do. Once we arrived stopped at the ticket machine at the airport and activated with the code received. Highly recommend downloading the app as soon as you purchase tickets. It was a lifesaver for us, not only does it tell which train/bus to take but also gives you the steps when walking making it very convenient.

It won't let me open the app, it keeps saying there is an update available, but I've only just downloaded it. There is no update available

Can't sign in or sign up. In the app it says you need to re-authenticate and access Hola Barcelona with username and password, but there is no option to do this, and no option either on the website. Seems broken. To reply to the response: IT IS NOT POSSIBLE IN THE APP

I over-purchased a ticket as the app was erroneous. Never got refunded, never got a reply from their so-called contact section, although I contacted them. My refund request went into black hole. They don't have a customer service.

No verification email received, can't access tickets through app. It just says hop on hop off but no actual location given at any of the stops.
