Doesn't work at all have uninstalled and reinstalled over and over again and when open it it just opens a black screen and stays there, works on Roku TV but difficult to navigate even on there, desperately needs an update or some work on it

The app does not work. It shows a black screen and does not load into the app. It's a shame because I love Cartoon Network, and I really want to watch my shows. Please fix this.
