Edit: changed from 1 star to 5 because the issue that prevented me from using the app was fixed. There are still some hiccups that force me to repeat some actions or restart the app, but these are minor now. Original review: Screen freezes just a few seconds after opening the app. I'm using a Google Pixel 7 with Graphene OS.

Terrible update process. Looses information and I have to set up allways. I'm standing line to use it, if there was an update, I have to do the terrible setup process. Never works at first. Needs 3 or 4 retries, because there is a square with bicycles or cars or buses, or bridges, with one pixel, not checked. Not even banks use this process, for a reason. And banks don't lose information when updating the app. Lost too may hours setting up. Using the physical card to close my account.

Worst app I've ever used. It is always asking me to log back in when I try to use it at the store. Logging in can be a process that involves email, phone number, password, codes, and biometrics.

I have blocked the app due to too many incorrect pin attempts. Now to unlock it I need my Continente card number, which I don't know where it is. No sense unlocking feature, for a today's app.
