I love this app so easy to see all my reports and photos x-rays MRI scan my ct scans and my bone scan all in one place I just wish I could put my other scans that have been done before I knew about this, so I could have it all in one place. Maybe the people that make the app could have a patient only area to upload older scans and reports. I would pay to have this feature. Only a little money. Lol great app and great staff ⚕️

Same problem tried logging in keeps telling me wrong pw I tried reset my pw uninstall re-installed same thing useless

No matter how many times I try to reset my password, I can never get into this app, if I could give it no stars, I would. I've lost count, the number of times I have had to reset this, but I still cannot gain access to my own reports or scans.

Sign-in process is terrible. It won't let me paste my password from my password manager, and every time I minimize the app to look at my password manager, it deletes my username, and have to enter it again. Can't access reports until two weeks after a scan, yet my doctor can see them straight away.

This is the most frustrating app I have ever used. It will not allow me to sign in and will not recognize my password. Even tho I have changed this several times.
