FODMAPs are short chain carbohydrates that are poorly absorbed in the small intestine, especially for people with Irritable Bowel Syndrome, IBS, Crohn's disease, Colitis, Lactose Intolerance, Gluten Intolerance, other food intolerances and stomach sensitivities. They include short chain oligo-saccharide polymers of fructose (fructans) and galactooligosaccharides (GOS, stachyose, raffinose), disaccharides (lactose), monosaccharides (fructose), and sugar alcohols (polyols), such as sorbitol, mannitol, xylitol and maltitol.

The term FODMAP is an acronym, derived from:

★★★★★ Works! As it says, you must wait to receive an email to activate your account. I am just getting into it, but I think it has great potential!

★★☆☆☆ I couldn't log in. It said my password was wrong even though it wasn't wrong, and I could log in on the website to my account. Some disconnect there

★★☆☆☆ Uninstalled can't log in. created account on the website. Tried to log on to app. App said password needed uppercase, lower case, number, and special character even though website doesn't. No place on the website to change password, so had to sign out and click forgot password to reset. Tried to log onto app several times and can't. Just a way to get email addresses. Shameful!

★★☆☆☆ Just as everyone else is saying, it doesn't accept your password on the app even though you KNOW you're typing it in correctly. Instantly deleted.
