Absolutely brilliant payment system when travelling. No need to risk a scam or theft of a card attached to your usual bank and savings. Easy to use, easy to transfer funds or change currencies.

Not great in helping when I forgot password normally I use my thumb to get into account but for some reason it hasn't worked this time and now iam locked out of account and takes me through to reset then comes up with arrear and won't let me reset not good as iam going on holiday at the weekend and ive got all my money on it.

The worst experience ever. If you want, slow responses, no access to monies. Your card somehow is used before you get it. Then you should use this product. 2 years now, I sent money from my UK bank, to top up, they locked it because I opened an Aussie card not UK and will not return/close at all. Rubbish

The card is just awful. Can't use it anywhere and customer service is awful when you call to ask for help.
