Cash Passport

★★★★★ Excellent card. No problem using abroad and can convert back to pounds to use at home.

★★★★★ This was a super useful app and card. Easy to use, and the multiple currencies works seamlessly. The card though did not work at the toll booths in France as well as a few petrol stations in France. When I was in UK it used the UK currency instead of euro. Money transfer also very easy with I. The app to other currencies.

★★☆☆☆ Will never use cash passport again. It's frustrating and unreliable. Every time I've tried to access the app, it tells you security details are incorrect. This is my second card as I thought the first one was faulty.

★★☆☆☆ Do NOT trust them. The moment you're not in Canada issues will show up, because of course it only happens when you're not in the country to deal with it. Literally don't have access to my card, and I am in a foreign country with almost no way of contacting. Once I'm back in Canada I am ditching this, could have been stranded no thanks to this. Their "customer care team" will charge you for phoning them unless on a landline, what is this 1985??? I shouldn't be charged over THEIR company issue.

★★☆☆☆ I am disappointed in this app. I tried to reload cash onto my cash passport through the app and have gotten a message telling me that in-app reloads are unavailable and that I must visit my original point of purchase if I want to reload. Not exactly useful seeing as the point of purchase is in South Africa, and I am currently in Greece. I can still technically still spend cash but will fall subject to conversion rates which defeats the purpose of the cash passport in the first place. Not ok.
