I was drugged in Tokyo without my knowledge. While unconscious, the crooks stole around 700 AUD from my card. I was a victim of crime and this fact was backed up by Tokyo Police and the British Embassy with a support letter. However, Cash Passport refused to reimburse me stating that 'I had compromised my card details.' When unconscious, one comprises many things - their card details, their possessions, even their life. Thanks for nothing Cash Passport. I'll never use your 'service' again.

Very frustrating time for me. I am in Italy and can not seem to be able to use my mastercard cash passport account .all attempts to fix the issue have proved useless ! Your promise of "easy to use" is false, and I am absolutely certain that even though I tried several times to resolve the problems, it will be my fault. Please get better !!!
