Spent hours on the phone, trying to find out why my card was being refused, despite plenty of funds, then being transferred to 3 people who all asked the same questions? And my card still didn't work!!! Extremely frustrating!

I have successfully signed in to my account many times via the website (in fact I just did prior to installing this app). Thought I'd try to make my life a lil easier, so I decided to get the app. Hmph.... I can't sign in now, I get the error msg "Login Error -- Sorry, the card details are not supported -- Please try again". I tried again, 3 x's but same outcome. So I'm now in the process of uninstalling this app. 🫤

We have been locked out of our accounts twice in the 3 weeks we have been travelling so far. Each time it has taken an hour on the phone to sort out. Also, the app "forgot" the details of our top-up account, so they had to be re entered. The card is great to use in theory but these issues have caused the poor rating.
