I so much love this app it's functionality is awesome, only the aspect of changing rate from dollar to naira is quite expensive, also when converting from your card or dollar account to naira is expensive as well, but the fixture of the App is awesome 💯

I wanted to get a USD account, and after filling up my details, it was approved, after funding the dollar card, the app has been crashing terribly, and I tried Uninstalling and reinstalling the app back but no avail. It kept on crashing, customer care is not available. I don't like the situation on ground it's very annoying and not recommending the app for other users to avoid this experience

No offense but you guys are thieves, guy I don't advise you to put money in this app unless you have immediate use the money... imagine that I haven't opened or used the app or my card in days, and I said let me log in today lo and behold my account is empty, I checked the transaction, and I'm seeing $0.30 not one time but multiple times until $0 charged for what I have no idea about . . This guys are thieves.... once you don't open the acct for a while, they assume dt u died and clear ur acct.

Is this fraudulent? Please, if you cannot credit my account, kindly refund the ₦6,000 to the account I used for the payment. I don't understand why I was allowed to create an account and make a payment before being informed that my NIN would not be accepted. My NIN is a valid means of identification. My international passport has expired, which is why I submitted my NIN. I am very disappointed with this experience. If you are unable to verify my account, please process my refund immediate
