Guys, this is so stupid. I submitted all documents required and now I'm being told address proof is not valid. If it's not valid then why did you take down payment first. Return my money ASAP. I'm stuck. I can't buy my product which I need for my work. You guys are holding my money and that is ridiculous. Refunding shouldn't take this long. My order ID is 932348. This was my first time talking a loan and worst experience ever. Return my Rs. 22,373.40 ASAP. I am stuck. I need to get my product, it's urgent. And why do you have a phone number that's not working. Which financial institution works that way? Fraud! And when I called no one is answering that number. Third time I called, I was getting a busy tone on that number. It is obvious someone is using that number. Ridiculous man! Return my money right now.
