it's an awful experience. I have ordered an Iron online, and it came broken . Now it's been 10 days I am trying to return, and it seems they don't want to return it or give me my money back. Each time I call, they say we will call you back regarding this problem, and they never call back. I even wanted an official recipe, and they said okay we will make a complaint" that you need a receipt" and we will get back to you!!!! Why I can't get a receipt!! . I believe they are becoming scammers!

Honestly one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had. I bought a product from B Tech because it was clearly listed as local warranty. Received it and surprise، it's international warranty. Not what I paid for, so I refused the delivery and asked for a refund. That was April 5th. It's been a Month and I still don't have my money back. I reached out to them, and they just told me 'the refund was already done' — but my bank has zero record of anything coming in. Nothing.
