Comments on B.TECH for Android

★☆☆☆☆ Ahmed El Sokkary · Jul 22, 2026

The worst online experience, they have no return or refund policy, I returned my product, and they didn't give me back my money

★☆☆☆☆ Ahmed Elguindy · Nov 28, 2025

One of big failures of B-Tech. This store is completely ignorant in online trade. I think they put one of the relatives on top of this section. You cannot even make an order. You cannot transfer between store pickup and home delivery. There is no place to put your email. Always crashing app. Multiple reviewers complain but nobody cares. No hope for btech to compete in online trade.

★☆☆☆☆ Ali El-Sherif · Apr 20, 2026

Worst Experience an online store can be and rude customer service that is not fixing any situation. The app is full of bugs I can't pay online and Card on delivery always turns to cash on delivery and whenever I pick and Item, and it says "delivers to your location" it doesn't. Handling deliveries to aramex is a disgrace and "Worx outsourcing" call center is rude and one of them hung up on me on purpose. For 10 days nothing gets fixed and the delivery guy didn't come with a card machine twice!
