One of the worst financial apps to apply to, unprofessional customer service, unfriendly respected way of answering your questions, nag for their installments & suspending your account without warning you first for no reason even though you pay your installments regularly and before their due date

The account got rejected without any clear reason I called the customer service and replied, we don't know the reason, and you can't apply again till 6 months' pass most unprofessional experience

I’ve had a very good experience with Mylo in Egypt. The app is convenient, and I like the available payment methods. However, using Mylo from abroad is difficult. I’m currently in Sweden and cannot pay with my Swedish debit card. I also cannot properly log into my existing account, as there is no direct login option. The OTP also doesn’t arrive when I try to log in from Sweden, even though my Egyptian SIM can receive SMS while roaming. Please improve login, OTP, and international payment.
