The account got rejected without any clear reason I called the customer service and replied, we don't know the reason, and you can't apply again till 6 months' pass most unprofessional experience

The worst experience ever with an installment company. My account got rejected for no clear reason, and nobody wants to explain why. They just told me I can't even try again for 6 months. The customer service agent said it's an internal evaluation, but the whole thing took less than 5 minutes from the moment I put in my details! How did they even have time to evaluate anything that fast!! I don't recommend it. There are other companies out there that are way better and actually respect people.

Mylo's agents in Elnasr street branch left me without any assistance to activate my account, failed all limited trials to upload my ID photo, seeking help to fulfill the app personal information E-form from them many times without any support from their side The result was that my application is refused WITHOUT REASON I meet all the requirements but anyway I don't care, I'll buy all my items cash from anywhere else except Btech and never try Mylo again Thanks for the unprofessional service
