I recently open a USD account online via this app. I need a USD account so that I can transfer money in USD to other USD account within Muamalat bank. Turned out it's not possible at all. We can not do USD transaction with this app. We must do manually at branch only. On top of that we can not even make transaction between own account USD to IDR with this app. I can't believe this is existed in 2026.

Horrible uiux, slow, and lots of errors. Failed transactions, but they still deduct my saving while the should be receiving end received no funds, TWICE in less than a week! Their CS is also super slow to respond. I regret the decision to open Muamalat account. Worst banking experience ever.
