HCIS Mobile application for Bank Muamalat Indonesia employees, which has rich of functionalities and features such as:
- Employee Self Service to provide facilities for employees to submit leave, permit, benefit claims, inquiries, goal settings, performance self assessment, and other employee needs anytime-anywhere.
- Manager Self Service facilities for supervisors to promptly approve their subordinate request, take coaching notes, review their daily activities and periodic performance.
- Muamalat Smart Office facilities for some office digitalization needs.
- e-Learning and Online Exam facilities for employee to develop their competencies at their convenience time and places.
- Non WFO Attendance recording.
- Employee events registration and participation facilities.
- Employee survey and polling facilities.
- Mobile HC Team functions to help and support HC staff provide excellent services to employees.
- 24 months Calendar which include holiday and hijri dates.
- HC Lounge menu that includes plenty of employee information/productivity tools such as Today's Attendance, Prayer Time, Online Exam, e-Refferal, Internal Position Vacancy, etc.
- Islamic content, read Quran, dzikir counter, prayer time
- Push notifications features to ensure employee always get notified for office news/development, reminders, and some useful personalized notifications such as prayer time.
