Have never managed to even log in. Update: Their team followed up with me quickly and sorted me out. Their customer service is efficient and effective. I can log in and manage my claim easily now.

Nothing in this app functions. You cannot reset your password. You can't reset your ID. You can't log in to your account. This is genuinely the worst app I have ever seen, and I do not have any other choice.

Reliance matrix told my Human resource department accusing my Cleveland clinic Doctor of backdating my FMLA paperwork which it was not! The Cleveland clinic and my HR department had the paperwork on file showing the date. And Reliance Matrix made the claim 3 months later saying that it was just backdated. My HR department has the truth and the proof that this company made a fraudulent claim. I was directed to report to the department of US Labor and wage office, by my Doctor.

Unable to download documents or update information, and to top it off I can not download the app to a brand-new computer. So very frustrating!!!!!
