This app does its job. Add your number so that an inmate can connect and wait for them to call you. Its simple n easy. I'd give 5 stars but the video quality really could be upgraded.

I just want to say anyway to see my baby is a blessing to me. Yes the app could use some picture quality improvements but without a way to visit my baby at visitation this is the next best thing. because I can still see his face and that means more than anything.

As much as we pay, this should work!!! Video chats suck, constantly get disconnected. Most of the time they don't connect at all. We pay so much for this service and it doesn't even work!!!!!
