When it was free it was ok, but now APOD costs money. Having Veteran owned business utilize APOD to advertise discounts to veterans and APOD take a profit from these discounts doesn't bode well. The businesses are wearing the cost and APOD is taking profits from veterans simply by being a middle-man. **You don't take a profit directly from the businesses themselves but the veteran community directly through your subscription. And the business wears' loss of the sale. No wonder funding was cut.

Can't have an app for Defense members that require you to access the mobile phone Policy has been in for about twelve months and the app is now next to useless
