The representative I spoke to was condescending and unprofessional over the phone. There is only a 10 to 15 percent approval rate when you apply, and they will not tell you the amount of the down payment needed to get approved until after you are declined. They also give you false hope while you are still talking to them over the phone. You will only find out once the store informs you your application was not approved. If you don't want to waste your time, don't try them.
