If you are working overseas DO NOT USE this app, after June update you cannot open the app without roaming signal, after july update I cannot log in even I have roaming signal. The app is unresponsive during log in. I put my time in auto time Zone, restart my phone but still your app not working. I will transfer my deposited account to any bank that has a useful app when out of the country. I sent email to customer service and until now no response.

I tried logging in and registering my device, but every time I complete the face scan, I receive the following message: "Verification unsuccessful. Please try again. Ensure good lighting, keep your face uncovered, and look directly at the camera." I made sure to follow all the instructions, and the face scan was done properly. I also tried using a different phone, but I still received the same message. I believe this may be a system error. Could you please check and help me resolve this issue?

Hi I have concern about my log in process in the app...all mobile number and password are correct but always please wait, and it will come back again to log in page only.the app not opening. What could be the problem.?I tried to email the customer care but no reply.thanks hope you will see my comment and concern thanks.
