Maya itself has been good, and I appreciate that I was still able to reload after a delayed payment, with the applicable penalty. However, the collection agency they used was disappointing. I asked for a payment arrangement as instructed, but received a harsh “FINAL WARNING” instead. I hope Maya reviews how its collection partner treats customers trying to settle.

I'm disappointed in this app my transaction is done last month, but I haven't received it in my maya business account until now. Every time I tap 'Loan', I get logged out and have to sign in again. I waited a few days thinking it was maintenance, but the issue is still there. Many users seem to be experiencing this too. Please fix ASAP.

This review is to show how disappointing I am with your customer service I've requested for changing my Maya business number last April since my old number won't work any more due to expiration but until now they don't resolve my request. You email me that you can't change my number due to discrepancy with my birthdate but email you back a request letter to change my birthdate including my ID and my birth cert. But until now all you do 4 months was nothing now can't still access my account.
