This app is nothing but a headache. I'm trying to send money using Express Send, but your OTP system is incredibly frustrating. The OTP often arrives more than five minutes late, and by the time I receive it, it has already expired—something your app even confirms. Is there really no better alternative to this outdated OTP process? Please consider improving or modernizing your verification system. It wastes users' time and creates a poor experience. This feels unnecessarily low-tech.
