I can't access my funds I reported to them last year and yet nothing happens. I did what I was asked to do but those things never helped me access my funds. Everytime I reached out they will ask me to do the same thing. Force close my app update my app trouble shoot send screenshot screen recording. I keep on telling them that I did all of that so many times.

Once I fill up all the information to verify my gcash account, It can't verify because once I oress confirm it keeps on sending me back, over and over again. What's wrong with this app???!!!

The costumer service is not helping, I changed my email address and said to wait 3 days, it now 5 days and the email was not changed at all, don't use gcash, use go tyme bank instead.
