While I did not have any issues at first but after prepaying the last due very early to clear my loan I cannot take another since according to the service rep I'm supposed to pay on time. Then why in the world is there a prepayment option? And this is the only time I encountered advanced payment as a negative thing for a lending institution. Another issue is I was told that the limit increase is subject for approval even though it's already green on the profile and approved. Fix your stupid system!

Poor system management! There should be an alternative way to retrieve a client's account. If the old mobile number is no longer accessible, the system should allow account retrieval using the client's ID number, address, or any other verified personal information. Relying solely on an outdated phone number is inefficient and frustrating.

I will not apply again a loan on this app, I just have some delays on my payment and where still able to complete my loan, unfortunately, they did not allow me to file for a loan again even after I provided additional documents.
