Mari banks benefits is good and give a lot of cashback but the only problem to them is the chat support or the customer service. People like me who don't want to have a call relies on chat support but it is so hard to connect to a human agent. The one will assist you is the bot and not every problem can be resolved by a bot. Even though I insist on chatting with live human agent, the bot insist on resolving the problem even though we are already in loops. Improve your chat support Mari bank!
