New user "supposedly" but your sign in and new user experience is horrible. I'm trying to sign in but app says unable and to contact chat support which requires you to log in. Talk about going in circles.

I CAN'T LOG IN MY ACCOUNT, I'VE ALREADY CONNECTED TO ALL GOOD Wi-Fi CONNECTION BUT STILL IT SAYS TO CHECK MY CONNECTION. ALREADY UNINSTALLED AND REINSTALLED BUT THE SAME RESULT. IT'S ALREADY 2 DAYS.

The app is easy to use, but my experience with customer support was frustrating. Despite fully settling my loan, I continued receiving collection-related communications and had to make multiple follow-ups regarding account updates and closure requests. I hope Mari Bank improves its issue resolution process and coordination with its collection partners.
