For a few months now, I can't deposit in my account. I tried all the banks and e-wallets I have but still it didn't push through... My physical card is useless since I can't even deposit in my account. Fund transfer can be done but not deposit. 😡 I asked customer service today, 2/16/26. Still I can't log in the app. I am finally uninstalling this and never looking back.

New user "supposedly" but your sign in and new user experience is horrible. I'm trying to sign in but app says unable and to contact chat support which requires you to log in. Talk about going in circles.
