It's very good easy to send money but the problem I got is that I can't use it to buy food, clothes and many basic needs online, how can I use it to buy things online cozy I wanted to make some shopping for myself today when they asked me to pay I brought my card to pay and it's says I can't pay so that's why I ask you to help me out cos I already added things in the cart it's only waiting for me to pay I never used it to pay things online it's my first time cos I'm going back home to Uganda help

After transferring money in the SNB Quick Pay app, the home screen still shows the old balance without updating. The correct amount only appears after logging out and logging in again. Please fix this, so the balance updates immediately after transactions.

it's bad. If you are in hurry. Don't use this app. I send money quick pay to Gcash. After 48 hours the money still not receive. Also if you didn't use it for months it will be frozen including your money. Use stcpay instead. I send money to my gcash then after 20 mins max received.
