The cruise was fantastic. My boyfriend and I felt so relaxed. The crew on board were friendly and seemed to love their jobs. When we were disembarking from the ship we were asked to come out early and bring our luggage 6:30a. My boyfriend was detained at customs. I was left with all the bags. I ask several times if someone could help me. I was given the run around. I finally had to make a scene with the port Police to get help with my bags. Will I take a cruise with Carnival again... YES.!?

The Carnival app was extremely frustrating to use and clearly needs improvement. I was disappointed with its reliability and overall functionality. Messages frequently failed to arrive, displayed incorrect timestamps, or only appeared after closing and reopening the app. The app also disconnected regularly, making it difficult to stay in contact with the kids. The dining feature was equally frustrating, often requiring us to close and reopen the app just to join a meal waitlist.

We had to log out and back in multiple times a day on the ship. Couldn't keep in touch with my 11-year-old son. Very disappointing. Making us feel we have to buy the internet package. Not being accessible is part of our vacation.
