want to dock it 1 poing because the chat function is a little wonky but honestly, the app was overall useful for planning, and also checking in for the main dining room. Disembarking also went way smoother with the app. The app ui is well implemented and easy to navigate

App is very easy to use and so convenient when cruising. Available activities and Available food options for different times of the day. Account summary balances, available excursions for each stop. If this is your first trip on a cruise, you will definitely need to download the app in order to stay connected to what's happening on the ship at all times so that you can get the most out of your cruise. You can also use the chat feature to stay in touch with your party. Love this app.

Honestly would give one star, but it does have a lot of great info and easy to use, but it takes a minimum or 5 minutes to load and can go up to 20 minutes. It's just easier to call customer service and soak to one of the reps which they all get 5 stars!

Why fix something that ain't broke - bring back the old format UPDATE Aug 2026 - totally new look again & still not working everywhere, harder to find everything - menu views worked twice the whole cruise & I pay for Wi-Fi & even the app didn't work properly. I like using the app, but until technology becomes a more reliant source, why are we paying through the nose for unreliable Wi-Fi - Not Happy Jan!

This app is so disappointing. It used to be a lot better and more responsive, but now it takes forever to load anything.
