It was so delightful. We are planning soon to experience this wonderful Princess cruise again. We also want to say thank you to: Crooners Bar #10. Pamela, Wilfred, Jeffrey, Tanya, Roth, and Sapan. They were all so professional, delightful and friendly. We felt very much at home, even though we were so far from home. Thank you guys.

I don't know what happened, but the most recent app update sucks. It is ridiculously slow....takes literally 3 minutes to load *anything*. And it keeps logging me out - this happened on the ship too (6/20-6/67). I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to no avail. Please go back the prior version of the app until you get this figured out, because at least the last version of the app was functional with no lag.

Currently, on a Princess cruise, and they updated the app mid-cruise, and they've somehow made it slower. Takes at least 5 minutes to load up, and I have the Wi-Fi package. Then don't even think about changing screens. There's another 2 minutes of your life gone. Trying to find someone? There's another 2 minutes. Went into the wring section? 2 more minutes to get back. When it works it's great!

This is about the slowest app I have ever used. Also, when you view an excursion and then try to go back, it takes you out of the excursions altogether. Somebody needs to try again with this. I love princess cruises but to try and reserve things is a pain.
