Generally worked smoothly for me on my cruise. A filter/indicator for Food & Dining/Bars currently open would be a nice quality of life improvement. Or including their hours in the description. Also seeing the current menu for restaurants would be nice. Including booked Excursions within the "Your Schedule" view to help with a consolidated daily planning view would be really nice. Reminders for bookmarked events/save to calendar buttons so phones we can get alerts around them would be nice.

Overall a very useful app, but it's slow and has a few annoying bugs. The Chat feature w could be improvef with a notification ding.

The app runs super slow, takes forever to start or load any pages. Almost useless if u need information quickly.

Seriously Princess, you have so many negative reviews, and you don't do anything. Basically everything is super slow. I have the latest flagship Samsung phone. Takes over 2 minutes to open. Move from one page to another 2-4 minutes wait minimum. In that time, I can download over 3 hours of videos on YouTube, Netflix, etc. I used this app in Dec for my cruise then and it was good. Now upcoming cruise and I'm worried I might spend half my cruise just waiting for the app to open. Fix this.
