Amazing, this has been the best cruise experience I have ever had with any company. These guys know how to do it right. It has been so organized. And the perks I was given are absolutely top-notch. This will be my 4th cruise, and I'll say it has been such a great experience and I haven't even gotten on the ship yet for my destination to Alaska. I've cruised with two other companies, and they don't compare. Norwegian kudos to ya'll for making everything seamless and such a great experience!

Dear Fellow Cruisers, I am currently aboard the NCL Aqua vessel in Bermuda. The latest update does not display the onboard photos for review. I have updated the application, uninstalled it, performed a system clean on my device, and then reinstalled the application. The issue persists. I can also confirm that My BIL using IOS on this cruise has experienced the same outcome, with no resolution. Could the team please retest this feature to ensure current passengers can utilize this new app?

Useless for back to back cruisers. App has a glitch, and it doesn't reset for a new voyage. It doesn't show any plans or reservations made, including offshore excursions. Everyone on the ship says it's a known glitch and no one apparently does anything to fix it.

It does not show purchases on the app. Only excursions... I had to call about 2 or 3 times to clarify my packages purchased. Even the reps can't find it.... I finally found it myself under docs. Which is weird. It states some spa times are not available but when you call, the trip said, "pleat don't go through the app". Even they admitted that it is not reliable.... I really hope when I get on my cruise that things actually go smooth sailing, 🙏
