Good, but it could be a little more intuitive; possibly allowing one to go from ship deck plans (by touching) area to 360 representations, etc...

Navigation is the hell. Most of the actions require lots of clicks. Go back is not working. Translation in the app is a joke. I have selected English language but quite often information is presented in German, and this is random English/German. Basically, no where your language preferences are treated seriously. Half of the application is in English. Check-in is only in German. This is not multilingual application. Even if you are German native apps is terrible.

No option to translate or download in different languages. Have to use the desktop site to translate which defeats the purpose of an app. Not user-friendly.

First of all, this is not about the company, but the app. The app is a hell to navigate. Navigating back is near-impossible, requiring a full restart to start over and get to the place you want. The app is trying to do too much for the typical cruise audience. Of a group of 40 people at the age of 55 to 80, I had to help 38 of them get on the internet, multiple times. It should go back to the basics or create multiple apps for when you are on a cruise, or you want to go on a cruise.
