Really useful on the ship for texting, finding events, food, drinks and facilities. I just wish it showed announcements since many times they are hard to understand.

Informative and easy to use once you're on the cruise. Before your cruise, it is very basic. A lot of advancement over the last few years. Everything is at your fingertips, and the app makes it easy to schedule dining, massages, spa visits, etc. Daily events and activities are nice to see, and you have your own personal itinerary/calendar that displays when your reservations are. You're also able to pin activities to your personal agenda, and the app will send you reminders.

Once you are on the boat, the functionality of this app degrades significantly. I get notifications for things on the cruise I'm not interested in, and I have no way to stop the ones I don't want without stopping all notifications. The daily planner shows you the full itinerary before you get on the boat, but once you are on the boat, you can only see Today's schedule, so you cannot plan ahead. I can't access almost all app features while off the boat on an excursion/ashore.

The app does not accept my booking number. It sends me to the mscruises.co.uk url.

Inconsistent features. The chat function does not allow you to contact your kids that are under 17, even if they are in same room. Chat notifications are inconsistent. Virtual concierge is not part of the app. Guest services cannot be contacted via the app. Detailed billing is not available via the app.

The App kept making Wi-Fi a condition of its functioning in order to ensure that you pay for Wi-Fi once you're on the Ship. Curiously enough though it failed & closed then started giving 'Error' messages just as we arrived to embark. I'll happily use the App once it works properly using 5G Cell Towe Networks on Land.
