My bad. Make sure you use your registered Full Name to create your login credential. E.g., if your travel agent provides your middle name to MSC, then your login credential must contain your middle name. Otherwise, the app and website will not populate your cruise info correctly. I need to create a new login ID as I didn't include my initial in the full name when creating it.

Out of 23 cruises and 9 cruise lines, we only sail MSC now. They supersede all other lines. Number 24 is coming up next year. We're sailing with our now adult children and their spouses.

To say it is a disappointment is too little. It is a complete disaster. On almost any screen it says - go to certain location on the ship and ask the staff there. What’s the purpose of the application then? Also while you are not connected to the ship’s Wi-Fi it is completely useless. I can't imagine that it is that complicated to sync the local data from the ship with a worldwide available web server so that all data is available no matter what internet connection you are using.

This app has a lot of technical difficulties. When you add items to your cart, such as Wi-Fi, excursions, spa stuff or anything, it disappears from your cart when you press checkout. I had to pay more in Wi-Fi due to it, which is very shady. You also can't connect through chat with others you are cruising witj due to an error message saying terms and conditions weren't accepted by the other although T&C was indeed accepted. Just one thing after another with this app

Everything about MSC was a no for me. From onboarding to disembarkation it was hectic, not organized at all.

App does not work with phones older than samsung 10. Even every single apk download has been redirected to the Google Play Store which won't let me download it becuse it requires a new version of android. Please make this app more accessible to older phones. Or have easily accessible downloads the older version of the app which were compatible with older phones
