It's a great app because it has everything you need to know about your trip. Notifications get posted on the app all the time, and it's all very quick & easy to understand it all. All passengers should know what's going on. I personally use the Concierge all the time. Very helpful way to answers.

For excursions: can you guys make the "day" of the cruise show up on excursions when I add them to the cart. After I add them they disappear for the day, and it's hard to check. ETA: on the daily program docking times would be nice. It's annoying to go back a forth between the program and agenda. Also, it'd be nice to favorite things I'm interested in doing, and those things get added to my agenda.

My bad. Make sure you use your registered Full Name to create your login credential. E.g., if your travel agent provides your middle name to MSC, then your login credential must contain your middle name. Otherwise, the app and website will not populate your cruise info correctly. I need to create a new login ID as I didn't include my initial in the full name when creating it.

Honestly hot garbage. I've had to delete app data twice to get messages to show up, and it will just randomly tell me I'm not connected even though I am. When it does work, it's incredibly slow. Maybe this is more a symptom of the World America Wi-Fi, but I doubt it seeing as it's their newest ship.

Terrible UI. can't even get the app to go any further than the opening page the just say's "msc". Kind of strange that a company like this that is spending tons of money to improve their cruising experience can't spend some of that on their app. After all, the apps are the beginning of your cruise experience. Also, I don't see any response to other reviews from MSC. I guess they don't care. Hopefully this is no reflection when it's time to get on the ship start our cruise.
