☆☆☆☆☆ Extra for MSC, MERAVIGLIA February 2026 was awesome. I would book another this year if they'd sail out of Cape Liberty, NY or Red hook Brooklyn, NY. MSC hands down has the best pizza 🍕 on the ocean! The shows are spectacular, ambiance, people, staff, management and the Casino omg, incredible!!! The White Party was off the Richter~Scale. Just a great floating social experience, and I'm a Solo traveler. Kudos J. Paradis 4 eva😍

App buggy as can be. It takes many attempts to actually make it through the check-in process without it freezing up. It often won't load excursions, drink packages, etc... constantly logs you out. On board, same issues. You constantly have to cycle Wi-Fi, app freezes, takes forever to load. Messaging is atrocious, can take hours for messages to go through, couldn't get group messaging to work at all, had a group of 12 on last cruise, and it was near impossible to communicate with each other.

After the latest update I can no longer log into the app. All I receive is an error occurred. Please try again. I've cleared cache and uninstalled then reinstalled the app. Still not working.
