This app make me happy because me get my joining inform is there and carrier path is there, but I am with Carnival Cruise Lines sence 11 years but still me waiting for my next promotion for that position is Joiner and Carpenter now current position is Assistant Joiner and Carpenter so please let me know how many years me waiting for that. It's been long time I upload my C1/D visa until now not yet been approved coz it was mark that my visa will expire but my visa will expire 2033. Then accept assignment not working. Maybe it will affect to the joining date.

I'm experiencing problem in uploading documents. Was requested to upload BT-PSSR in training section under "my documents" but the training section is not found in The App. This has led to cancellation of my first assignment due to the delay of uploading documents. Kindly, review.

Unable to upload pssr 2026 amendment, contacted ask robin, its saying support only available for tms assignment 48 hours prior, my assignment will get canceled, no option to upload In tm hub, emailed them no reply

I am currently updating my profile in the revised Team Hub application 4.29 wanted to report two quick technical issues: STCW Refresh Courses: The option to upload these specific refresher certificates is missing in the new interface. Location Tracking / Battery: The app is currently requiring "Always On" location permissions, which is causing severe battery drain. Is it possible to configure the app to only request location data while actively in use?
