This app is horrible I have been trying to upload my documents for almost a month now, the Ask Robin AI feature is another problem it cannot resolve simple matters all it does is give you the same automated response and does not allow you to speak to a live agent unless you are left with 10 days or less to your assignment.

I am currently updating my profile in the revised Team Hub application 4.29 wanted to report two quick technical issues: STCW Refresh Courses: The option to upload these specific refresher certificates is missing in the new interface. Location Tracking / Battery: The app is currently requiring "Always On" location permissions, which is causing severe battery drain. Is it possible to configure the app to only request location data while actively in use?
