I am a seafarer, and accessing my account while at sea is extremely difficult. I often encounter various errors when trying to open the app. What's frustrating is that I can access other online banking apps quickly and without any issues. Even after just a few days of not using the app, it becomes difficult to log in again. Unlike other online banking services, this app is unreliable and inconvenient, especially for people like us who work at sea. I hope this issue can be improved.

Especially the one at the main office local 1570, I have also transferred several times to other local numbers but still nothing. My concern is simple, I can't open my mobile account because of your "KAARTEHAN" that has not been open for 6 months. I don't know how you can resolve this "NAPA
