Pretty good app, and it's excellent to be able to track reward points as they accumulate. I'd have preferred to have retained a physical card as well, which seems a bit easier than having to check in for every visit to the bar, although that would be easier still if NFC enabled to bip at the same time as paying. And it's a shame that check-ins expire after 30 minutes; it would be easier for customers if they lasted say 2 hours which is more typical for the time I spend in a venue

Not really sure what the point of this app is, doesn't seem to be any benefit to "checking in" and most Castle Rock pubs don't care when you tell them you have. Overly convoluted, bring back the stamp cards and be done with it, other pubs still do and it's much better.
