Harassment litigation soon. I have received a dozen phone calls a day from marketplace telling me how I signed up to receive help insurance info when in fact I've had a new card for this year for 2 months now. The people who are working for marketplace really don't care about their jobs or other people. I'm really disappointed in the phone etiquette or should I say lack of phone etiquette. Praying for these folks.

I was lied too about a subsidy card, then the agents are rude and when I told them who my agent was now all of a sudden they never had an agent work there by the name I told them, my policy been pending for a month now and no cards. Just received a call today from the agent asking me was I on Medicaid which they sent my application too then going to say if you have Medicaid you don't qualify for a subsidy then hung up on me multiple times then keep calling me. Just a joke of health insurance.
