Terrible deceptive abs you need a code to get it, but they don't provide your code, and you say it's not available to consumers or something like that. Just a waste of purchase for the scale that's supposed to go with it

Downloaded the app because Med Star says I need to use it. I log in and the agreement to terms page just keeps flashing, so I can't accept or deny moving forward. The app does not work.

Says you need a code which is never mentioned in the description nor is it mentioned on other referral sites. When you click "don't have access code" it just gives you an error that you need on with no resolve. App deleted immediately.

What a waste of time it'd be nice if someone would tell you need a code to even use this wasting my time downloading it, or it would be nice if you told somebody where to get the code because this was on the website that my insurance told me to, so I can add from, and I was never told that I needed a code for my insurance, so it would be nice if someone explained it.
