I've had an amazing experience with the app, being a Discovery customer has made a huge difference in all my banking and insurances. I am writing this as a way to ask that more fitness devices be utilized with the new sleep tracking feature. I bought a Suunto using the Discovery Vitality perks, and it is more than capable of measuring this data, please can you fix this

This app is terrible. You would honestly expect Discovery to have a higher standard for the apps they roll out. There are 4 apps doing all different things and sending you in different directions. Their apps are broken and bombarded with endless loading screens (that do not actually load) and keep sending you in different directions. You would expect an app trusted with healthcare for this client base is functional, at the very least. Bad UI and even worse user experience.

App requires repeat reinstalling to be able to log in successfully and Wednesday deals on vitality mall continuously fail to redeem with the message "Reward currently unavailable" after you select it.
