Scanning the passport bit is great except it can't split my first and last name, and I can't edit it after scanning the passport. I've to retype everything manually. Maybe allow edit function after scanning will be much helpful

Worst airline app I've used. It only worked on 50% of the phones I tried. Does not give boarding passes. Fails to do seat selection.

This app is terrible, it's very slow and keeps crashing. The multi-city search function is also very poor, it doesn't allow you to easily search for the best prices and flight times. If other airlines can develop a functional app, Cathay Pacific should be able to.

The app asks me to sign in constantly. For example, I'm already signed in, I search for award flights, it still asks me to sign in. I sign in, look at flights, go back to homepage, do another search, it asks me to sign in AGAIN!
