The app asks me to sign in constantly. For example, I'm already signed in, I search for award flights, it still asks me to sign in. I sign in, look at flights, go back to homepage, do another search, it asks me to sign in AGAIN!

They keep asking me to check in online and the app has software bugs, and you can't check in online. Third flight with Cathay I don't think I ever checked in online. Tried to uninstall the app update it etc. nothing works.

Terrible. Performance issues, weird flow, seat selection a hassle. I would expect better from an airline like Cathay

The app has been the worst I have experienced since late July. Constantly logging in and kicked out. Can't add boarding pass to wallet and keeps telling me session expired. Log in and out and still same error. Was so bad I actually had to call Cathay to book a flight. I haven't had to do that in over years. Very upset with this app. Pushing people to use Passkey and also always failing is very annoying. I would give a 1 star but after many attempts it finally logs in.
