★★★★★ Excellent product I am an av professional and program remotes for my company. I have used this product for the past couple of years and everyone of my clients have been completely satisfied with it. As for everyone who said this doesn't work... it's not a consumer grade product. Meaning it requires a professional av technician to create a program file and install the program file on your device. Product works great as long as you have robust WiFi in the location your controlling!

★★☆☆☆ It doesnt work I use the URC SYSTEM in my house but when i try this it just brings the background image ano nothing more

★★☆☆☆ Does not work... App installs...blue screen and nothing. Seemed like a good idea...

★★☆☆☆ Inconsistent reliability The remote app connects to my MRX-2 just fine, and downloading the programming was easy enough, but some buttons are way flakey. The buttons I added under the "other" section, such as my activity buttons and specific commands for my equipment, are very unreliable. They have to be pressed 3-4 times to register a command. The transport, playback and other pre-built button groups in the app appear to work just fine. I have a Samsung Note 4 with Lollipop.
